Buggyfit is aimed at new mums looking to get into shape after giving birth - mixing exercise with fresh air and friendship it is suitable for all levels of fitness from 6 weeks postnatal.

Mums bring babies and toddlers to take part in appropriate levels of exercise whilst improving strength, stamina, pelvic floor and posture - these classes assist the healing process and, as we're all Mums, feeding / changing stops are the norm!


A fun and structured way of achieving your health and fitness goals are classes.  

Throughout the week I teach a range of High & Low Impact classes at Cwmbran Stadium including Spin and Muscle Strength & Conditioning to improve all round fitness.

My goal is to make classes accessible for everyone, non-intimating and fun - we mix great tunes, with fun but plenty of sweat and options to cater for all abilities.  Classes can be accessed via Torfaen Membership or single class payments
